How it Works

Every Sisi’s experience begins with a conversation. Once you send an inquiry, I’ll follow up by email to confirm availability and schedule a first touch call by phone, Zoom, or in person.

During this first call, we’ll talk through your event date, guest count, location, style, food preferences, and overall vision. This is also a chance for us to get to know each other, answer questions, and make sure the experience feels like the right fit. Most first calls last around 20–45 minutes, with up to an hour available if needed.

After our conversation, I’ll begin building your custom menu and event plan. This behind-the-scenes planning time allows me to create something that feels personal to your event, your guests, and the atmosphere you want to create.

A few weeks before the event, we’ll have one final check-in by email or meeting to approve the final menu, guest count, timing, service style, add-ons, logistics, and answer any final questions.

By the time event day arrives, every detail has been thoughtfully planned — so you can relax, enjoy your guests, and let Sisi’s handle the food and flow.
